None of the T-45 batteries are likely any good at their age. You'll have to
rebuild them.
John used to re-build them but I remember him saying that it was such a PITA,
and it took so long that he gave up doing them. I also think I remember him
saying that the cells were a very, very tight fit.
A search of the archives would certainly turn up that thread.
