Poncey? 4.4L, Ford C4 transmission, wide wheels, minimal muffler?
Hardly. Even got respect from my ethnic students (the ones who don't
care so long as it's a Folden, red and V8 with fluffy dice).
Long since gone god (or somewhat lower more likely). I miss it even
though the heater was shot and the rusted sun-roof would dump a couple
of litres of freezing rainwater into my lap early morning on the
downhill stretch just beyond my driveway. Not sporty, little utility
but definitely a serious vehicle.
