It sounds to me that there's something wrong with your paper, though the
chemicals could be to blame. I can't say I've ever tried agfa
paper/chemicals, as I've done all my printing with Ilford
consumables/gear.
Have you tried leaving it in the developer for a longer period of time?
I strongly suggest you find a friend who has alternate paper & chemicals
and mix-n-match to identify the problem. I can highly recommend Ilford
Multigrade IV Resin paper & developers (for B&W).

are there some procdures i could try in order to get real black into my
prints?
the grayish touch doesn't look too stunning :/
