Yup. Sure is. Bigger problem with Canon inks than Epson, but
still a problem regardless. The non-nanotech/microceramic
version of Gallarie encapsulates the dye preventing gas fading.
It actually works! Just don't get it wet.
I've tested the Gallarie papers quite extensively and have total
confidence in the fade resistance. You just can't get them to
fade. Scratch, yes; fade, no.
