I'm using a widemouth doctor duffel now-a-days, from Office Depot (or
OfficeMax?). Has a shoulder strap, opens quickly and I can carry quite a bit.
Was 39.00 USD w/ a 20.00 USD mail-in rebate. Not bad at all. Not being marketed
for cameras, either (but quite durable).
