I believe that's the technique used in F. Miranda's action. In my brief

Good idea, hadn't thought of that. I had wondered about differential
effects for different areas with the stand-alone products. In the 1600
iso E-1 sample I played with, the face and the other parts of the image
really need different processing. One could do 2 filtered versions, load
them as different layers and mix and match.
