From what I'm told it can be kind of expensive in some places. For
example, my daughter lives in San Sebastian, Spain and has to make do with
dial-up as DSL costs an arm and a leg (at least according to me ex--my
daughter pays for nothing couldn't care less about "the details" of life <g>).
