Something has gone wrong, likely in the camera or electro-mechanical
connection of camera to flash.
One possible problem is something loose or shorting out in the shoe to
camera contacts, shoe to flash contacts or inside the shoe and the
movement of winding is flexing it. The T32 is a significant load on that
little shoe. Make sure the shoe contacts on both ends are clean and
whole, that the contacts on the bottom of the flash are clean and in
good shape and that the flash is held securely in the shoe. You might
try moving the camera around and gently flexing the flash with it
charged to see if that sets it off.
If that doesn't work... Short term work-around: Shoot, turn flash off,
wind, turn flash on.
