Hi,
I am one of those who strongly consider going digital to supplement my OM
gear.
Canon's D10 and Olympus E-1 are on the top of my want list, and so far I
have been leaning towards the Canon, as there is an OM adapter - which also
can be used with EOS film cameras - a second hand lens market and a large
selection of lenses to choose from.
Now, as it seems there is a OM adapter for the new E-1 and Sigma seems to be
offering lenses, this camera is more in focus for me.
One of the things that is important to me is flash capabilities. Does Oly's
big flash for the E-1 offer the same capabilities as Canon's? I thinking
high shutter speed flash, sync with slow shutter times, 2. curtain sync,
custom functions and so. What's your opinion, you who have tested the E-1
and others?
Lars
