Abebooks lists several available starting at 500 bucks. And downwards from
there. It's usually possible to find copies for less than 100 bucks, though
the cheaper ones seem not to be offered by US vendors.
http://tinyurl.com/ytebj - prices in GBP
http://tinyurl.com/2av6p - prices in USD
The condition of each book is usually meticulously detailed - in the case of
my own copy, the vendor forgot to mention only the price-tag from the thrift
store - $1. He also forgot to remove it.
Although price and delivery performance depend on the individual vendors,
Abebooks is well worth a look, I recommend it wholehearetdly.

G'day Zuiks,
I've got the Le*ca, Hassie, Pentax copies etc but the OM keeps eluding me.
If you have a readable copy FS please contact me off list.
