but I'm trying to make non computer type time in my life.
PC3270 apps are still in use around the Goldfields region of Western
Australia and many other places for remote access to a central
server by engineering companies, its a case of, it aint broke, so why
change it.
I cut my teeth on HP & DEC machines before getting into PC's starting with
the IBM PC, and DEC Rainbow. Sometimes I miss the old text screens
but thats probably why I like OS/2, takes a lot of the old good stuff, mix
it with a gui, and retain the speed and ease of use.
