In my experience Rob, it depends _entirely_ on where you are sending to and
from, and how that routing fits with the depot network of the service you
are using. Some are good for A to B, but others are good for B to A. I have
had a couple of unimpressive experiences with FedEX in both directions, a
couple similar with DHL, and a couple of unimpressive outbound with UPS. In
all cases a refund was provided, which helps to soften the blow.
