As does Mike Johnston, who once proclaimed optically it the best zoom in
it's range, high praise indeed!
The Zuiko 35-80 is truly a special lens, but very expensive. The Tokina
35-70 f/2.8 also gives good results, for a lot less money if you can
find one. It does zoom 'backwards' but is still a very nice lens. In the
end financial considerations forced me to sell the Zuiko, but I still
have the Tokina, it just made more sense from a financial standpoint.
