I have a Tamron tripod mount which hinges open and clamps on -
designed for the Tamron 300/5.6 and others. It should work well if
you can find one. It clamps nicely on to the rubber ring of an Oly
2XA converter, which is around 65-66mm and would probably clamp well
in the 60-75mm range. Only disadvantage is the fact that it's hard to
switch from landscape to portrait but it would be ideal for a larger
lens. The shoe on it only stands off from the lens around 6mm and
that might be a problem, although it could be shortened - it just
clears the focus ring of the Zuik 200/4 when mounted.
