Hi David and Wayne:
That is sad. I have a poem to share with your photos. (I was not going to do
this but it is a fit, so much so that if you want to use it you may) I wrote
this in Halifax Nova Scotia while attending St. Mary's Univ. in 1971.
Heterodox
Cement surrounds the sea
and lurks on the horizon
and splits apart my knees.
Such a flat, square and grey environ,
a cubic dream,
rationally numerical,
and so geometrically serene:
how can I,
flesh and barely symmetrical,
fit into this scheme?
Gord
