I see the donut shaped berries, but to me, the branch looks that way more
because it's bark seems to be light-dark-light-dark patches. The in-focus bird
is amazingly sharp and smooth at the same time, even when viewed at 200% size.
Could the 1.4x extender that was apparently used impart some of that donut
effect, or, not likely? I'd like to see a staright 300mm shot with no
extender.
