Kinesis offers several, nice belt-attached SLR cases that would likely fit that
bill. For something as small as an OM or Leica-M body with a normal lens, you
can use "accessory pouches", rather than the SLR pouches, which are designed to
hold the SLR with lens pointed down.
Zing also makes some sort of restraint system here:
