Unfortunately I didn't see this message until today (Monday), however, I was
indeed thinking of granting up until and including the past weekend, so if
you got something good then, feel free to send it in. :)
Having said that: the initial launch for TOPE 17 is planned on approx.
February 11th, so if ya'all haven't sent in anything yet, you can do so now.
