That's because they are only authorized agents of the manufacturer,
Olympus of Japan, in those 2 markets. Just as the agents for NZ can't
sell Oly product to the US, OA can't sell to NZ. They aren't being
difficult just to do so, but abiding by the terms of their agency agreement.
