One of the things that attracts me to the E-1 rather then one of the
competing brands is that with two lenses you are covered from 28-400, they
are fairly fast at 2.8-3.5 and comparing them for speed and comparable
focal length not that bad of a price (about $1500 for both). They also in
comparison to canon lenses use a reasonably sized filter. As you can tell
I am considering purchasing a digital slr and selling my Olympus gear.
Monetary concerns will keep me wedded to my Olympus equipment for a while
longer though.
