Laws forbidding a charge for using a credit card is a form of corporate
welfare. It puts those who do not use credit cards at a 3% +\-
disadvantage. Those campaign contributions do buy you something. Frankly
I feel that if the buyer or seller is willing to pay the 3% for
convenience and the terms are plainly stated, What's the problem?
