Don't think so. Think about it. A pentaprism does not amplify light. And many DSLRs use pentaprisms carried over from their 35mm equivalent cameras and their viewfinders are equally small and/or dim. Small sensor means either a small pentaprism or a large one that is masked to represent the field of the sensor because that is what you want to see in the viewfinder. Yes you can then magnify the image up to the size you are used to, but it will be dramatically dim. So each manufacturer tries to make the best compromise between dimness and small viewfinder image size.
