[OM] jammed OM-4t wont wind on. Any ideas what to look for/

I had a message from this lady... can anyone help her
> Adam, Can you tell me about the Olympus OM-4T. Somehow my shutter is
jammed. I cannot us the forward advance lever to load new film into the
camera. How and why did this phenomena occur? This is a new used camera to
me. My Old Cannon never did this. Thanks, Beverly
