Walking a less than a mile down University Ave will take you from
$10,000,000 houses to what was the murder capital of the nation on a per
capita basis. Perhaps "rich" people spending money inappropriately kills
people ... (no I'm not referring to sports cars nor luxury SUVs).
The expensive homes don't have bars on windows nor fences, the poor homes
do. Nor does having better policing make much difference.
How people vote in elections may not have nearly as much impact as how they
entertain themselves. But many of those creating the problems consider
themselves caring, compassionate people because they voted for the right
man.
