[OM] WE 3 in the mail

My WE 3 is winging its way across the big pond and should be at someone 
else's home within the week.  It is always fun to ship something out to another 
that essentially says, "This is what I like and I hope you also enjoy it ."  It 
is also nice to have this project "in the can."  Bill Barber
