Funny, but it seems to work for Nikon and Canon. And if you want to see complainers visit a Canon forum. Most are very happy slapping their 35mm lenses on their digital bodies and spending lots of buck for new extra wide angle lenses for digital. We all know that special digital lenses was a lot of hype except for maybe wide angles anyway. The evidence is all around you. Bad marketing doesn't make the E-1 a bad camera though.
