Hmmmmm. At least you are doing something other than getting fat today.
1. If not already aware, there is one other little tidbit to the
L-tryptophane overdose > serotonin increase > migrane (sinus headache)
story which might help you if predisposed to such. An old Rx for
sleep has been to drink milk before bed. With modern biochemistry and
neurotransmitter knowledge, an explanation is provided. At night and
when sleeping the naturally high levels of L-tryptophane in milk
increase serotonin levels which act to promote sleep and the natural
regulation of cortisol production by the adrenal gland. To have milk
with breakfast should not upset that bio-cycle. To drink milk between
noon and late evening can result in headaches or other undesirable
effects, especially with someone who has demonstrated sensitivity to
such (artificial sweetener in diet pop). Just a tidbit to make life
more like an adapter that fits......
2. Thanks again for the information provided re the Sigma 24 / 2.
After reading, concur. That is a WISE investment. Have surfed the
used supply houses and eBoo, but nothing in an OM mount so far. A
number of offerings with Nikon mounts are listed, but no OM. if you
spot a decent offering for this lens, please email. Thanks.
Happy Gobblers day.
