Walt, You obviously have never had the pleasure of wrapping your lips around
any barbecue from Kreuz Market in Lockhart or you would have been willing to
walk the 870 painful miles to get here. I had some last night along with some
collards and pan fried hominy. It was left over from a trip up that way last
Friday. That is some good eating, even better than a chicken with a can of beer
in its butt (the aluminum always hurts my fillings, don't you know) Yes,
Lockhart is on your way from Austin to Galveston, especially if you are going
by
way of Brookshire or Santa Fe. Texas will miss you this year, you big
