If I can think of ways of gathering costumer feedback differently why
can't they?
If the bottom line is money I would think of a more accurate way of
gathering info of what we really want?

I work as a sales manager in a multinational farmaceutical company and

far as I know marketeers never listen to customers or salesmen. They try
to
fullfil customers' expectations through information systems or market
research organised by marketing teams, therefore they always fail.
