[OM] Fingerprints on negs

A friend wanted to know how to get fingerprints off old negs before
scanning. I smugly told him I'd never had that problem (well, not really in
a smug manner, just kidding).

I suggested a blower brush then wiping with a treated antistatic cloth, as
he also wants to remove dust. Any better suggestions?
