[OM] Focusing screens

OK, so what's with the price of 1-11 screens? There are quite a few, but
they seem to be going for about USD 45. Users? Collectors? Speculators?

Any opinions on the 1-11 versus the 1-12 or 1-4/1-4n as alternates? I'll be
working at 0.5x to 6x.

Plan C: keep using the 1-13 that came with the camera until prices fall.
