Getting a bit technical, are we? Actually, wouldn't it be more
accurate to say, considering the ethereal nature of Hobbes, that
Calvin imagined that Hobbes said it? Or, taking all the fun out
of it, as I did in the original quote (now changed, thank you), we
would have to say Watterson imagined Calvin imagining Hobbes
saying it.
