That's an Olympus FTL, screw-mount lens, which is the immediate predecessor to
the OM-System. It's not an OM-System lens. and it's not a Pen-F system lens.
So what's the thing on the back? Perhaps it's one of those eyepiece
attachments that let you use a 35mm lens like a monocular? Notice that it
doesn't have any mounting flanges, so it's not going to be mounted on any
camera. I think that the seller doesn't know how to get the two items apart.
