Well, I've never lived there..... I spent 5-6 weeks there in a couple of
trips in fall just at the end of the leaf color and then just before
Christmas and didn't encounter much rain or snow, but that's all the
experience I have to go on. There was certainly more snow over in E.
Tenn. late in the year when I was there.
