I'm not all that far from there and some folks at work talk it up every
year. Been an annual event for quite some time. I've always taken a
"pass" on invitations to join them. Something about having had to do it
professionally in a prior life . . . with things much, much bigger than
they'll ever have there . . . that takes the fun and excitement out of
doing it for sport. For those that enjoy sending large quantities of scrap
metal downrange, it should be an interesting weekend and hope they enjoy it
*safely*. A few people have suffered a self-inflicted Bad Day there in the
past. Much more than the normal civilian range would ever see (or hear).
