Hi folks
Yesterday in Christchurch NZ I was able to spend a very pleasant 3 hours
chatting to Mickey Trageser and a charming Mrs Trageser.
We didn't go out for a photographic foray in spite of there being a spell of
fine
weather in the middle of a series of rather bitter Spring storms (just 40 miles
away 2 days ago they had a widespread dump of 1 foot (30 cm) of snow - not
very nice for new-born lambs.
Mickey had a great pile of folders of local shots. They've certainly been
around and seen sights.
Change of topic; I've just attained an annuity milestone that enabled me to
apply for what used to be called "the old age pension". I don't know whether
to laugh or cry !! I suppose that, considering the large number of old friends
who are now pushing up daisies, I should be happy !
On the positive side, I've given up buying Zuikos on eBay (you believe me,
right?) - tonight I won 2 components for an el-Cheapo computer system I am
building up to process digital images from my Zuikos.and others.
