I recently removed one of these from a lens but don't know what finally
made it come off. It didn't take an unusual amount of force, just an
acceptable sequence of twisting, pulling etc. I'm fairly certain I had
the aperture set to wide open (since that is how the Oly adapters are
supposed to be mounted/removed). If you play with it while your watching
or listening to something you'll probably find it randomly pops off.
