[OM] WTB Shoe 4, 180 case

I have tracked down someone with a 2-13 at last (thanks Robert) but 
he is sort of holding it to ransom as he is looking for a good 
condition, uncracked Shoe 4. Anyone help - good price paid! He also 
has 'need' of a 180/2.8 hard case.
I'd REALLY like to help him out :)
