Donald
I have just picked up something I printed off a few weeks back as worth
reading on paper not screen. It's an article from Olympus VisionAge
magazine concentrating on OM-4 Multi-Spot Metering - it's on Peter Gilbert's
website in Australia, the address of which I can't find just now, but if you
drop me a note of your address, I will put it in the Royal Mail to you. I
think it might help (that was my motive in printing it!) as, while written
by Olympus, it is more of a technical marketing brochure in good English
than an instruction leaflet in translated from a technical writer's
Japanese.
Best regards
Piers

Subject: [OM] OM4 metering...
Apart from the two brochures, any clues as to a good primer on using the
spot meter and the highlight/shadow buttons? Preferably one that is readily
available and cheap (!), like on the net?
I KNOW this has been discussed before, but I've trawled unsuccessfully in
the Archives. I hope by next week sometime to be able to do some practical
stuff (ie shoot some film ;-)) but at the moment I'd like to bone up on it.
Ta,
D.
