Agree with Walt on the 3 1/4 X 4 1/4 size... very popular size for college photo
classes in the 50's. (Back then, the school supplied the cameras... at least
Indiana
University did in 1955) Film could also have been Super XX ( asa 125? )
Russian rangefinder cameras - great repair source at very reasonable prices:
Oleg Khalyavin at OK photocameras in Russia <www.okvintagecamera.com> . I have
several
Russian Leica and Contax clones that he's reworked, and they're perfect in form
and
function. Great street-shooters. Check out his website - he also has cameras
for sale.
Count me as a totally satisfied customer. Oleg is the Russian John H. (That's a
complement to both of you, John.)
