Hi Piers,
I wish it were as you say. IMHO, since the 4Ti has a more complex circuitry
it would be more prone to failure on the long run. OTOH, if a 2 or 2n is
still working properly after 20+ years, I'd bet it will be working O.K. for
a long time to come...
Unless the secret Wyoming factory is storing 4Ti circuit boards for our
grandsons ;-)
