Get a Mamiya 7II. That way you can change lenses. If you are set on
getting the Fuji, go for the 6x9. The film will be more expensive but it
will capture everything the 6x7 will.

You will probably find that you prefer wider angles with MF than with
35mm. Since you can enlarge the image more, what would be small on an
enlargement from 35mm can end up being big. I use a 43mm and 65mm on my
Mamiya nearly all the time. It looks like the Fuji 6x9 also uses a 65mm

You really need to think in terms of what is the final product. If you
make a 16x20 print what would be a small part of the image can end up
being very noticeable. It works very well for pictures of people in
scenic locations. I took a picture of a friend where she is a small part
of the picture. Enlarged to 16x20 she is very prominent but surrounded
by lots of gorgeous scenery. The picture wouldn't work on a small print.

The only thing that will keep your film costs at all under control is
that roll film is much slower to load than an OM.
