ISO100 Print film.. I guess this will be the test.. I started out with
the average of the two readings, and went 2 stops either side. So I'll
find out which one(s) I like better.. With print film's generous
latitude, I might not be able to tell 1 stop difference.. I figure,
it's just film and money; I might never get to see such a beautiful
sunrise (at least not from the same place) again!

First of all you have to tell us what the film you were using, if silde you
need to bracket at 1/2 stop for negative 1 stop is good enough. Sunrise and
Sunset are very difficult, if you have good enough experience you may try to
select one area that you expected to be show up as mid-tone (grey) on film
and do a single spot on it. I rare bracket but still recommend it if the
scene is really worth the extra frames.
