Hi Folks, Not even those remarkable pills internet people keep offering me could help me enable that. Funny thing was, I was up and awake, having just spent 2 & a half hours on a tempestuous teleconference, yet didn't feel a thing. We are about ? 350 miles east of the epicentre; yet apparently Sydney, 1,400 miles to the west over the Tasman Sea felt it. Affected zone is extremely mountainous and very sparsely populated. Townships of Queenstown, Te Anau, Wanaka and Cromwell the closest. It was centred near the seaward entrance to Milford Sound, on the Alpine Fault. I'm not aware of any NZ'ers there. Brian They're still celebrating the Blidisloe down there then? They didn't really feel in Synny - they just like to be in on everything. 'twas just a ripple in the Chardonnay AndrewF < This message was delivered via the Olympus Mailing List > < For questions, mailto:owner-olympus@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > < Web Page: http://Zuiko.sls.bc.ca/swright/olympuslist.html > |
