Joe; Welcome to the list (I don't recall seeing you post before, forgive me

I'm pretty sure this is a purely private sector gig out here. I have the
information on the company doing it at home, I'll try to remember to bring
it with me to work tomorrow and post some of the information.
BTW, all the analogies apply, 'a sucker born, a fool and his money'... I
succumbed and purchased the photo. Good quality image, 11x14, matted and
framed, and the $150 asking price was negotiated to $130. Was told that
it's an 'every three to five year' occurrence out here. In that I just did
quite an extensive re-landscape, this will make a great 'before' image,
provided I maintain all the improvements.
