I remember I can get 5fps with my OM1n+MD1 at 1/500s without mirror lockup.
That was with good original Ni-cd cell, unfortunately I have all good M15
sold, now I'm keeping only two with Ni-MH cell, they are poorer than the
original one but still get slightly over 4fps.
