Thankyou everyone for your recent help and suggestions. I've finished the
photo, and posted it at the website with a copy of the original.

Go to the "in progress" pic to see how it finished up. At the very end, I
actually started playing with layers, and copy and paste to fix up area's I
wasn't happy with. Considering this is my first attempt at restoring, I
don't think it turned out to bad. Certainly went about it the long way by
only cloning (mutter, mutter...)
And, of course, the book I ordered from Amazon, Photoshop Restoration and
Retouching, came the day before I finished it off. I'm now in the position
of knowing what NOT to do, and will go back and do it again the proper way.
Just because I can.
