I can't tell you anything about the older one with the built-in 
filters, but I do have the newer version.  I am well pleased with 
it and its performance.  It comes in handy on those occasions when 
the 21/2 Zuiko just isn't quite wide enough.  Be aware, though, 
that if you ever want to use filters with the newer version, you 
MUST have the lens hood and 82mm filters.  There are no filter 
threads in the lens itself.

I'd say $200, particularly if it includes the hood, is a pretty 
fair price.  If you have to buy the hood separately, it ain't 
cheap, like about $60 from B&H.
