[OM] OT power grid

Just had to chuckle as Dan Rather was addressing those in the area affected
by the power grid outage. He suggested that they unplug their TVs and other
devices so a power surge wouldn't knock them out when it was restored. Silly
Dan, if the power is out, they're not watching you!
