Hi Jeff,
I'd look on their web sites to get the latest info. I have the following
plates:
RRS
1. Motor Drive 2- B28.
2. 300 f4.5- B76. This version is the early model without the holes for the
macro flash attachment.
3. Body without MD or Winder- B21D
4. Telescoping Auto Tube-B82F Will also fit the 85-250, 300 F4.5, Tokina
80-200F2.8 This plate has the Macro Flash holes. The B76 also fits these
lenses.
All of the above plates have safety stop screws (nice feature) and threaded
tripod holes (also nice) in addition to fitting Arca Swiss type heads. The
above were purchased 3-4 years ago. I'm sure there are updates available.
Kirk Enterprises
1. 350 F2.8- LP 10. Has 3, 1/4" screws to fit the 350's tripod collar. This
plate is about 5-1/2" long. No safety stop screw on this early version of a
Kirk plate.
I use the Kirk ball head. The plates and head are expensive, but well worth
it, IMO.
